Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- Custom or personalized items may not be returned
Return Process

- 2We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- 3Ship the item back in its original packaging
- 4Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Shipping Costs
- • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns
Performance Bookings
Cancellation by Client
- More than 30 days notice: Full refund of deposit
- 14-30 days notice: 50% of deposit refunded
- Less than 14 days notice: No refund
Postponement
If you need to postpone your event:
- • Deposits can be transferred to a new date within 12 months
- • Subject to availability
- • Price differences may apply for peak dates
Force Majeure
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions preventing the performance, we'll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund of any deposits paid.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. Please ensure you've selected the correct product before completing your purchase.
